Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t offer exchanges or refunds on socks based on change-of-mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@dobettercolab.com. Please supply a description of the issue, along with photos of the defective item. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible. You have 7 working days to make a claim against damaged or defective items.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. Once we process the refund, the time it takes to reach you will be dependent on your card issuer's policies.
